Delivery Checklist

 

For Small Item Deliveries, we do our best to meet your requested date and placement, though unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. You will be notified immediately of any schedule changes.

Please review these important delivery guidelines:

• Verify Your Address: Please check your receipt to ensure your delivery address is completely correct.

• Mark the Placement Spot: Clearly mark where you want your items dropped. A chalk "X" on the driveway or a securely weighed-down tarp works perfectly. If no marker is found or if the requested area is blocked, our driver will place the items in the safest, most appropriate spot available.

• Vehicle & Delivery Restrictions: Deliveries are made via van. The vehicle must be able to back safely into your driveway to reach the drop spot. Please note, we cannot carry items into backyards, around obstructions, or inside your garage.

• Clear the Area: Please have all vehicles moved out of the driveway and ensure the delivery path is completely clear of obstructions (trees, low branches, fences, etc.).
